Week 1: TIU Weekly Workouts

Well, we’re going to try this one. Tone It Up sends out a weekly workout schedule every week that I never follow. I’m going to try this week, though. Wish me luck! I’ll let you know how it went at the end of the week. Gotta get ready for the bikini series that starts in less than a month and a half! Plus, it’ll be my first time linking up for the Operation Get Fit with Sarah.

It’s a pretty boring week of meals, but I’m trying to use up all of my food before going grocery shopping. If I get halfway through the week and it’s not working, I’ll go shopping and switch it up a bit. Lots of work, too. ūüôĀ

Monday – Work 8:30-5
Workout: Cardio Shorts; Thailand Tush
Lunch: Taco Soup
Dinner: Leftover wings/pizza, or throw that out and have something else
Meal prep: Make chicken and sweet potato fries
 
Tuesday РWork 8:30-5
Workout: Excited for Spring Cardio; Santorini Bikini
Lunch: Chicken, brown rice and peas (or sweet potatoes)
Dinner: Soup

Wednesday РWork 8:30-5
Workout: 30 min. cardio; Holiday arms; best abs
Lunch: Soup
Dinner: Chicken, sweet potato fries, some veggie
 
Thursday – EARLY Seminar in Waukesha
Workout: Rest day/walk OR Yoga and HIIT from DVD
Lunch: Soup
Dinner: Chicken, sweet potato fries, some veggie
 
Friday РWork 8:30-5
Workout: Run/walk 3 miles
Lunch: Chicken, rice, veggie
Dinner: Soup?
 
Saturday – Work 10-4
Workout: Sunseeker workout
Lunch: TBD (probably whatever’s left from my soup/chicken meals)

Workout: Rest day/walk outside (unless took rest day Thursday – then do Yoga/HIIT from DVD)
