Update on the 2014 Bikini Series

I may or may not have snuck in some frozen yogurt, too. WHAT?! I walked SEVENTEEN MILES, remember?

Basically it needs to be warm all the time, because apparently I would be super skinny with all the walking (again, we’re going to pretend the froyo didn’t happen). Oh, and also super sunburned as you can see if you follow me on Instagram or look at the pic below.

Anyways, as for the Bikini Series for Tone It Up, I have to say that I’ve been doing a lot better than years past, but haven’t really lost any weight. I’ll lose weight one week, then gain it all back on the weekend. Stupid alcohol and “bad food”. I blame Milwaukee. <— Mostly because I just like blaming something. I’m down about 2 lbs, though, which is better than none!

Today starts Week 5 of the 8-week series, so I need to get my butt into gear. I think the walks helped this weekend because I felt SO AWESOME during and after them. I’m going to try to kick it up to two-a-days again, so we’ll see how it goes. I took a couple of midway motivation pictures for myself as you can see below. Not a ton of body changes as of yet, but I feel better and happier, so that’s always a good sign.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend and didn’t forget to thank at least one veteran or military person today. <3
