Thinking Out Loud #6

Thinking-Out-Loud2

Another Friday eve, another Thinking Out Loud post!

One. I’m going to see 50 Shades of Grey tonight with a few of my girl friends and I’m ridiculously excited about it even though I know it’s going to be the most awkward movie to watch ever. I made it through Magic Mike, so I’m sure I can make it through this!

Two. I’ve made two new friends in the past week, both from Canada. Sometimes I feel like I’m supposed to be from there. One is helping me through a fitness / healthy living issue I’m having (always) and the other is basically the same person as me when it comes to relationships. Thank you, Internets, for helping me meet awesome new friends (and boyfriends and sometimes creepers)!

Three. Spark seriously gets me through life. I stopped drinking soda on a whim on Monday and, coming from at least a one-Mountain-Dew-per-day-girl, I can’t believe how easy it’s been. However, if your best friend is your Advocare advisor, don’t send her ugly Snapchats, because she will put them on Facebook. #lessonlearned #justkiddingiloveyoumichelle

Four. I had to take a defensive driving class for work yesterday and it was the most painfully boring 1.5 hours of my life. Thank God for good coworkers.

I don’t think I learned anything, though. I left work, got cut off by someone and flipped them off while laying on my horn. Whoops.

Five. This. I agree with it wholeheartedly.

Six. I wrote probably two of my most favorite posts (Creeper Snacks and 5:30 a.m. Workout) in the last few days. I don’t know what hit me, but they seemed to work out. And I updated my About Me page since I got a little more traffic to my blog than I’m used to. New pictures, errrrrywhere!

Seven. I finally have my Ireland plane tickets!! On September 8 of this year, my dreams will come true and I’ll FINALLY get to go to Ireland! That means I need to start planning. So, everyone that’s ever been anywhere (specifically Ireland), Halllllp. I wanna go to … you know, basically everywhere in 5 days.

That’s it for my random thoughts for the day, guys! Anyone else going to see 50 Shades of Grey this weekend? Tell me something random about your week.

Can’t wait to hear what you think of 50 Shades! I’m hoping to go next thursday while I’m in florida. We picked one day to not have a park ticket, and I think a movie will be a great way to pass the time.

Have so much fun in Florida! I really didn’t want to go tonight (it’s opening night so it’s going to be CRAZY), but it was the only night some of my friends were going. Here’s to hoping it’s a good movie!

Confession: I’ve never even read 50 Shades, and while I kinda have an idea of what it’s about, I usually like to read the book before I see the movie so I doubt I’l be going any time soon. And that’s so exciting about Ireland! I’ve never been, but it’s a place I’d love to visit someday.

To be completely honest, the books are horribly written, BUT I still found them entertaining. I’m more interested in how much they’re going to have to cut out of the movie to actually show it in a public theater haha. And I’m so excited for Ireland! Thanks for reading. 🙂

Just stumbled across your blog from Venus Trapped in Mars comments because I’m a total creeper. lol Love your Snaps. At least we notifications of screenshots?? And I went to Ireland when I turned 25! It was the most amazing place and I pretty much dream of going back there every night. That was a couple of years ago, so I don’t know how much of my trip was relevant, but I’d be glad to help if I can!
