Thinking Out Loud: Donuts and Coffee

Happy Friday Eve, friends! I don’t have many thoughts today, but I thought I’d link up with Amanda to discuss some random things.

This week has been a bit insane! I’m on the downward spiral of my crazy working month, but this week seems to be the hardest. I worked a ton this weekend, opened the gym on Tuesday, closed the gym last night and work again on Saturday. Oh, and tonight I have an event for work. And Monday I have another event.

I’m taking any offers of free vacations or beaches up in here. I need to disconnect (and sleep) so bad!

Speaking of needing sleep, I got up early this morning to workout (because that makes sense), but I have an event tonight so I know I won’t get it in later. I’m wide awake right now …

Plus campus (where I work full-time) is absolutely gorgeous today.

And now I’m off to have a good day at work and have a fun time at my event tonight! It’s just a happy hour at a local restaurant, so it should go off without a hitch (I probably just jinxed myself…). And then SLEEP.

Just kidding, I work on Friday … and Saturday … and Sunday is Mother’s Day … and Monday is another huge event …

Someday I’ll sleep. 🙂

      I hear you! Glad to know I’m not the only one that gets stretched too thin sometimes, though I feel like that’s a pretty normal thing. I’ll definitely try to get some rest!!

    My schedule is so all over the place I’m constantly thinking I’m missing something. Yesterday I did a full day of work, despite the company having been sold back in April 20th. Its amazing how long some of the final steps are taking.

      Haha, girl… that’s why I have like 15 calendars. I would forget my own head if it wasn’t attached to my body. I hope your schedule gets a little better soon!

      I definitely agree! I notice a lot more energy especially with early morning workouts. But I have to be honest … the donut and coffee happened AFTER my workout, so I don’t know how much I can use that excuse 😉 Hah!

      Thanks, lady! 🙂 I agree. Morning workouts are hard to get up for, but I always feel so much better after I’m done!
