Workout Wednesday #5

Hello, hello! Look! I blogged three days in a row! See what happens when I take a day off of work? SO MUCH SHIT DONE.

Anyways, back to working out. I’ve been doing a lot of it! My eating is still the biggest issue, but I’m trying. That’s all that matters, right?

Workin’ on my fitness

Wednesday: Um … I don’t remember if I worked out this day or not. Probably? Maybe not? Ha. Whoops.
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Arms
Saturday: 30-minutes of intense HIIT on stairmaster. I looked NASTY when I left. (Seriously, I even put it in my post on Monday.)
Sunday: 1-hour walk in the humidity
Monday: 45-minute spin class (I love having Mondays off!)
Tuesday: 1-hour spin class


All the foods

I was a *little* bit better this week, but not by much. I still went out to eat quite a few times and had five drinks on Saturday night, but I was a tiny bit better. Baby steps, right? I’m really hoping that I can get the eating stuff figured out.

I did try to make a few new things this past week, though. Nothing crazy, but I made a pot of Taco Soup (which was a bit warm for 80-90 degree weather, but it worked) and had turkey sausages with sweet potato fries a few nights. Last night I meal prepped two new recipes – Oven Baked Fajitas and Light Cheeseburger Quinoa Skillet (we won’t talk about the fact that I had spaghettios for dinner because I was starving after spin and couldn’t wait 45-minutes to cook.)

Current weight: 136.8
Final Goal weight: 125

* I’m really hoping I’ll hit low 130s by the time I go to Ireland on Sept. 8. I mean, I’d love to be at my final goal weight, but I’m not sure that’s doable. So under 135 is my goal which doesn’t seem too far away, but since I keep fluctuating so much, we’ll see!

    Great job for working out every day! And I think I’m going to save that quinoa cheeseburger recipe! I have a package in the freezer that I need to eat but I’m not a huge fan of just eating it plain. The texture & taste is just a little weird for me….

      It’s realllllly good! I had it today for lunch and I totally recommend it! Plus it makes six servings and they’re pretty hefty servings – I’m all about volume. ­čÖé
