Workout Wednesday #7

I think I’m still sore from my Sunday workout, but hey … it’s all good. Also, I think that watching a bunch of YouTube videos of people lifting heavy weights should count as a workout for me. Just sayin’.

I”m still struggling, but I’m trying not to be so down on myself about weight. I want to lose weight, but it’s taking over my life which is NOT cool. I have too much other stuff going on to worry about that, too!

Will not be stopped

Workin’ on my fitness

Wednesday: OFF (sick)
Thursday: OFF (sick)
Friday: 45-minute spin class

Sunday: 60-minute cardio kickboxing + glutes class (OWWWWIE)
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: 40-minute Arms/back workout

All the foods

Again, I feel like I get a tiny bit better every week. My problem is the bad stuff I keep buying myself at the grocery store. I tell myself I’ll only eat a serving of the cookies, but that NEVER HAPPENS. Otherwise I was pretty good this week! Just gotta keep on trucking along! I really want to start tracking macros, but I just don’t have the brainpower to figure that out this week. 😉

Starting weight: 137.2
Current weight: 136.2
Final goal weight: 125

Week 1
Week 2
Week 3
Week 4
Week 5

Awesome week of workouts! I know how frustrating it can be not seeing the results you feel you deserve, but it takes your body a while to adjust. Sometimes your metabolism will plateau, but you will get to your goal with all the hard work and dedication you are putting in!

I always like feeling sore after working out because then I think I actually did some work! I wish my gym had a glutes class, I need that in my life! I miss kickboxing so much too. They don’t offer it at my gym & other places charge a ridiculous amount for classes. I tried learning about macros too but it’s so confusing!

I totally agree! Though I don’t want to get to the point where I can’t even walk up and down the stairs at work ha! And I’m with you on the macros thing. That’s what’s stopped me from doing it – it looks too confusing.
