I think I’m still sore from my Sunday workout, but hey … it’s all good. Also, I think that watching a bunch of YouTube videos of people lifting heavy weights should count as a workout for me. Just sayin’.
I”m still struggling, but I’m trying not to be so down on myself about weight. I want to lose weight, but it’s taking over my life which is NOT cool. I have too much other stuff going on to worry about that, too!

Friday: 45-minute spin class
Saturday: 60-minute spin class; 25 minutes of arms/shoulders/back
Sunday: 60-minute cardio kickboxing + glutes class (OWWWWIE)
Tuesday: 40-minute Arms/back workout

Again, I feel like I get a tiny bit better every week. My problem is the bad stuff I keep buying myself at the grocery store. I tell myself I’ll only eat a serving of the cookies, but that NEVER HAPPENS. Otherwise I was pretty good this week! Just gotta keep on trucking along! I really want to start tracking macros, but I just don’t have the brainpower to figure that out this week. 😉
