Some Thursday Thoughts

I promise I’ll stop doing this “take a couple days off of blogging” thing at some point. Life is just being … well, life. Enough with the excuses, here are some of my thoughts this (freezing) Thursday!

My week has been a little off due to a death in the family. So sad to have lost such an amazing person, but feel very lucky to have had her in my life. Death sure puts things in perspective, doesn’t it? Let’s just say I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting on what I want the past few days.

Candles

This right here is me (and my sister) to a T.

I’m getting a haircut and color this weekend (FINALLY) and these two are my hair inspiration – Lauren Conrad and Marissa Lace.

Marissa Lace

I love the cool tones (is it cool tones? I suck at that stuff – basically I hate brassy blonde like mine gets). I’m hoping they won’t have to take a ton of hair off since mine is so damaged.

This happened while I was trying to film a video for my YouTube channel …

Speaking of new YouTube videos … #shamelessplug

And finally … this is so true.

Tell me something random about your week! Anything you’re looking forward to this weekend?

I’m so sorry to hear about your relative :(. it really makes you think when it’s someone close to you. I love the hair ideas too! I’ve been wanting to color my hair so bad this fall!
So I’m sitting in my cubicle & laughing out loud at your video.. Thank goodness most people around me wear headphones! And your last picture about what to say on Halloween!

Thanks, Megan! I figured it was about time to change my hair since it’s been over a year and it’s breaking haha. I’m a little nervous, I hope it turns out well.

And thanks for watching my video! 🙂 I’m glad you liked it. I actually filmed three of them the same day so I’m going to try to keep going with them.

That’s true! No more apologizing. 🙂 And thank you! I’m feeling much better – it’s good to know she’s in a better and less painful place.
