I’m a little late to the blog post train today, but here I am! I was getting my car fixed this morning, hence the late post.
What I’m eating this week
Too much crap and sodium, apparently. I had my weigh-in today for Brittany Dawn and I’m feelin’ super down because I gained a pound. Booooo. But it’s been a lot of protein ice cream bowls. 🙂
What I’m reminiscing about
Um … I can’t really say I’m reminiscing about anything, to be honest! Though according to Facebook, I got my cat three years ago (yesterday) so … can I say that?
What I’m loving
My cousin for fixing my car – silly Volkswagen breaks ALL THE TIME.
And I’m loving the gym lately. LOVE.
Though I’d love it even more if the results would show a bit faster …
What I’ve been up to
Working a lot, per usual. But you all know that! Working and working out are basically my life right now.
Though I have a random night off tonight, so I’m headed to the mall quick after work and then to my apartment! Have to do all my packing tonight, laundry AND sleep at some point.
What I’m dreading
My freshman move-in week in August. Is that dumb to be dreading already? I love doing events, but that week in particular is the most stressful and awful week in my job. I just need to keep remembering how it makes the students feel and less about how much I hate my life during that time. DRAMA.
What I’m working on
Fulfilling my dreams! 🙂 I’ve really been pushing myself to figure out what I want to do and where I want to go. I’m really hoping 2016 brings some big things for this girl.
What I’m excited about
THIS WEEKEND! Well, technically Friday morning! I leave for my train in the morning on Friday in Milwaukee, then off to Chicago to meet up with Julie! So excited to spend my birthday with a great friend that has gotten me through a rough year ALL the way from Canada. 🙂

I’ve been loving Marissa Lace’s videos about self love lately. So great. This one in particular …
As for reading, I read almost every single blog Calluna Events in Denver has ever written last night. Perks of having 6 hours in front of a computer at the gym job. I lovvvvvve this company.
What I’m listening to
Lot of the same stuff on my iPhone because I’ve been saving money this month so I haven’t bought any new music. I really want to buy Justin Bieber’s new album, but I’m judging myself SO hard.
What I’m wearing
A lot of blanket scarves. Like, a lot.
And my new booties ^^
Oh, and going through a LOT of workout clothes. I really need to get some new stuff.

What I’m looking forward to next month
I have a couple of events for work and a personal event that I’m looking forward to – I love getting out and doing events. Obviously … that’s why I’m in the event planning field! Sometimes sitting back in the office makes for long days, so when I get to travel for my events, it reignites my passion for planning.
