Morning, everyone! It’s Friday! Except this post is all about my Thursday. 🙂
5:35 a.m. Alarm goes off – NOPE
5:40 a.m. Alarm goes off again … FINE
5:45 a.m. Bathroom, put on gym clothes, grab food, mix up pre-workout, feed the crazy cat and head out to the gym by 6.
6:15 a.m. Arrive at the gym … brain goes into gym mode (you can see some of my thoughts here) Glutes + Hamstrings today = can barely walk afterwards!
7:15 a.m. Finish up with workout, so off to the shower and get ready to go to work!
8 a.m. Arrive at work, talk with my friend Brooke and the alumni guys that come and visit us every third Thursday of the month. Eat my Jimmy Dean’s breakfast sandwich and my spark!
9-11:30 a.m. Answer emails, set up excel spreadsheets for president’s “last tour” events I’m planning for September – April. Fill out my My Fitness Pal for the day to track my macros. Eat a Think Thin bar.
Leave early for lunch because my contact is bugging the shit out of me.
And, let’s be real. I also check YouTube comments, blog comments, start writing up this post, read a few blogs. I always take a couple of breaks throughout the day, but don’t worry – I always get everything done. 🙂
11:45-12:45 Lunch at home! Eat, feed Oliver since I won’t be home until super late and pack up a few last minute things.
1 -2:30 p.m. Back to the office. Finish up last minute things, print out my registration lists and get my name tags together.
2:45 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. Drive to Milwaukee with both of my bosses! Of course, my supervisor got the biggest truck available.
5:30 – 7 p.m. Event time!
I had 72 people come – such a successful event. Three of my girl friends showed up to support me, too! <3
7-9 p.m. Hockey game! We won!
9-11 p.m. Drive back to Green Bay. Try not to fall asleep listening to my supervisors tell stories.
11:15 p.m. Drive home, feed my crazy cat, take a shower, go to bed.
