VLOG: Full Day of Eating

I have another video for you. I know some of you may not be into the video format of my blog here and there, but there’s a couple of you that might like it! Basically it’s just a long chatty video of me showing you what I eat throughout the day on a day where I’m struggling with balance and stress.

    I LOVE those energy drink mix things & I usually get the strawberry ones. I’ve been drinking them in the afternoons before I workout for a little boost of energy but then they kinda keep me awake later in the evenings which is not cool at all. And red velvet ice cream, OMG. 🙁 I would eat all of it too!
