Thursday Thoughts

TGIT! Can I say that? I’m so ready for this weekend – mostly just to sleep in. I’m feeling a little bit of a random post today, so hold on tight because I’m gonna be all over the place. Linking up with Amanda!

1> Have you ever watched Liza Koshy’s videos? You should. She is HILARIOUS.

2> I had my discovery call with my new life coach (yep, you read that right) last night and I’m still feeling SO jazzed from it! I’ve decided to sign on for a four-month coaching package with her. She’s different than my IIFYM coach (whom I’m no longer with) in the fact that her focus is just on life in general. I was amazed at how much we got through just in one 90-minute discovery call last night. Once I’ve had a little more coaching with her, I’ll definitely have a post about it, but email me if you have any questions right now (!

3> My diet, ya’ll. I fell off quite a bit since getting back from Hawaii (months ago, now – BOO) and I ended up gaining about 5 lbs back. Not too big of a deal, but it’s still a struggle! Plus, this week morning workouts just have NOT been working for me. Yesterday I ended up taking a rest day and this morning I just couldn’t get out of bed for the life of me, so I’m going to have to go later tonight. I’ll get back into a rhythm, just takes a little bit sometimes. BUT I’m so excited to get started with my own IIFYM coaching program, so I need to take my own advice, right?

Thinking Out Loud

5>Ā I’m missing Hawaii like WHOA. I feel like I keep saying that, but it’s true.

6> My NASM studying is going a little slow, but it’s happening! Anyone have any study tips? I haven’t studied in so long and I get distracted so easily!

7> I work 4:45 a.m. – 7 a.m. at the gym on Friday (yuckkkk) and then 8-12 at my full-time job. I wonder if I’ll make it through the day without a nap …

8> I put up a new video yesterday if you haven’t seen it yet!

How is your week going?

Agreed! Such a favorite that I’m trying to figure out how to move there! Then you (and everyone else) can come visit. šŸ˜‰

My week’s been good—getting to the gym, workin’ on my fitness-ha, had to go there even though it’s early on. I am feeling good about it! Very ready for the wknd. I’m so tired early afternoon lately—boo-ha! Cool that you had a good initial life coaching session!

With my mba homework I try to map out my schedule. Some days I can devote “the whole day” and know realistically that I’m only going to get three hours worth of work done. Other days I have a 30 minute lunch break to cram. Just gotta balance it.
