Happy Friday! I’m falling asleep this morning, so I’m ready for noon. Thank God for four more 1/2 day Fridays this summer! <– That’s definitely one of my favorites. 🙂
- My new workout/IIFYM program
I’m just one of those girls that needs to follow a program, otherwise I wander around the gym messing around on different equipment or playing on Snapchat. Or it’s a lot easier to talk myself out of going to the gym. My 5:30 a.m. workouts have been amazing – I get up at 5 (before my body understands what’s happening) and get to the gym by 5:30. Most of my workouts have taken about an hour or a little less and then I drive home to get ready. I have to get up a bit earlier and it adds in some driving, but right now I’m loving it because I can make myself a hearty breakfast and relax a little before work. I don’t feel so hurried!
Okay, normally my favorite day of the week is Saturday, but this past Wednesday was amazing. I had a rest day (hence the only picture I have this week without giant dark bags under my eyes) plus I went into work a little late. I found out about a freelance-type position (which I’ve officially secured, WOOHOO!), the workday was pretty productive and it was the *least* difficult day of my new “diet”. After work I had an amazing call with life coach and had a fun call with my friend Megan – just a really good day in general! Favorite!

I know, I know. I’ve put this picture up probably 13 times this week already on here and my Snapchat, but it’s SO good. Now I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a huge fan of Katy Perry, but I love the meaning behind this song and just the way it makes me feel. Ya’ll know I love my music.
- Being single & being okay
(Shameless video plug ^^) Okay, okay, okay. I know I make fun of this all the time and I’ll be the first to admit that I’d absolutely love to be in love. BUT. Butbutbutbutbut. Right now I’m liking being single because I’m able to focus on me and MY goals, which I’m currently crushing I might add. 🙂 I’m doing my fitness program with Lynette, life coaching with Amy (which has been SO beneficial and I’ve only had four sessions!) and started my own flexible dieting coaching business (p.s. email me if you want to hear more)! I just took on another job … yes, that means I now have a full-time job, a part-time job, a freelance job, a blog, a YouTube channel, studying for my NASM certification and my own business – HEYO! I’m determined to start working toward my dream of working for myself and it’s nice not having to put work into a relationship, too. Now, with that said, I’m still open(ish) to meeting someone and I’m still talking to some cool peeps that’d I’d love to have around more frequently, but right now I’m my main focus. I’m dating me!

It’s been a wonderful week, so I feel like I could add 9,000 more favorites, but I’m going to stop for now. An UNfavorite is that I forgot my food this morning and I now have three hours to trick myself into not being hungry. Ohhhhh, lawd. Linking up with Heather!
