Whoops, where did I go?!

This week, you guys. I didn’t do any posts ahead of time and then this week hit and … the blog fell to the wayside. Whoops! So I’ll catch you up.

Monday I wrote about my weekend, but the rest of the day was just work, work and more work.

I ended up filling in for someone at the gym from 7-8 p.m., and then hung out and talked to my friends for a bit.

Tuesday was a pretty fun day. I woke up and went to the doctor. She basically told me my wrist is just sprained and still trying to get over the injury and I need to be careful. Then I went into work and we left for our all-day outing watching a baseball game. I mean, I didn’tΒ watch it, but it was still fun talking to co-workers outside of work!Catch up

One problem, though … it was BOILING hot outside and I forgot sunscreen so …

That night I met up with one of my favorite people in the whole world for margaritas, tacos and girl time! Three hours of it. πŸ™‚

Wednesday was a crazy day, so I don’t really have any photos. Basically, I woke up, was trained on my new social media job, went to my full-time job, went to my part-time job and went home and made waffles.

Yesterday (Thursday) was an event day. Started at 5 a.m. with a workout!

Then I went and got ready for a longggggggg event day!

After working until 2, my colleague and I headed up to Menominee, Mich. for my first event saying farewell to the college’s president.

We left the event around 8 p.m., drove home for an hour and then I passed out.

Up and at ’em again this morning at 5 for my workout. Lotsa squats.

Went home, got ready for work and now I’m here until noon (only about two more hours). Thank GOD for half days in the summer!

I have to start doing stuff for my new part-time social media job this weekend, but today I intend on going home and taking a quick nap if possible. My events are exhausting for some reason! Thankfully next week is the “calm before the storm” – aka my events go into HIGH FORCE starting the week of the 22nd. Next week I just have normal work, one day at the gym job and starting the social media position.

    Your hair looks so good! Take that nap, girl! I am running 14 miles tomorrow for training, then hopefully I’ll still have the energy to meet with my running group for a picnic. Sunday I am going to yoga and the Cubs game! I am exhausted just thinking about it, but it should be a fun weekend.

      Thank you! My hair is my baby – the only thing I can be a diva about, so I definitely appreciate the compliment. πŸ˜‰ (Though it’s currently wrapped up in the messiest bun in the entire world, so maybe that’s not entirely true …)
