This episode is a quick one all about my morning routine. While I think having a wonderful morning routine is key in starting your day, it’s not ONLY for those with autoimmunity or chronic illness. In my opinion, everyone should have some sort of morning routine, even if it’s just a short one like having breakfast with your kids or drinking your coffee and reading a devotional. A morning routine can be anything you’d like and mine changes from time to time. Let’s dive into my current routine and how it’s helping me!
